You can’t trust pirates; or even people who claim to be one.

Sure, we all kind of expect corporations to screw us. But sometimes, it’s a little too brazen.

Everybody fakes it to some extent. Just … some more than others, and to the dumbest extent possible.

There are a lot of good, passable fakes out there for you to get duped by. These are not those.

There are plenty of people out there who “work smart, not hard.” But then there are … uhhh … these people.

Con artists are kind of known for bouncing from scam to scam. But these people committed to the act so hard, they basically turned it into performance art.

It’s like our grandmas always told us: “Never try to fake your own death. You are a moron. You need to accept that.”

When a magician publicly exposes a fraudster, it’s one of the most satisfying events to witness.

We have to admit, we don’t feel good about laughing at these scams. But we don’t exactly feel bad, either.

Some people just hang up on scammers and forget about them forever. Other people are more ... um ... motivated.

Why carry all those heavy bags of money when computers exist? That's just wasted energy.

These scams were so huge and ridiculous that we can't even be mad at the guys who attempted them.

Some people just sidestep counterfeiting cash, which is hard, and counterfeit random things they can sell for cash, which can be way easier ... and way weirder.
